IIEBM currently runs PGDM, MBA & PGPM courses, all courses have been incorporated looking at the growing demand for management graduates in the current scenario where rapid changes and pressures of globalization need to be handled in and effective and efficient manner. Curriculum provides both management and technical essentials of what future managers need to know, emphasis however, is on business processes and corporate behaviour and not on technology alone.
The Management Education to serve the needs of corporate in the present and times to come has to have three features:
- "Relevance of input" to serve the immediate needs of the concerned industry domain, meet individual aspirations of growth and the common good of the society at large in terms of equitable growth and environment.
- "Deployability potential" of management graduates with adequate and appropriate grooming to serve the chosen industry domain, and the spirit of entrepreneurship to manage new business or processes. Management graduates should be 'deployable' from day one.
- "Global mindset" by relevant exposure to enable young managers to operate in international environments, understanding markets, market dynamics, cross cultural behavior in different geographies to deliver products and services, since the markets operate in diverse cultures and across boundaries.
IIEBM meets these three demands of the present day challenges faced by the existing Management Education and offers a comprehensive curriculum which introduces the relevant into learning. Role and domain focused teaching and grooming of the future managers, shapes them to be deployable from day one. Considering today's global competitiveness, it becomes critical for an aspiring manager to be able to look beyond boundaries and to work in global settings. I truly feel that our students will bring about a dynamic and vibrant change and facilitate ethical & sustained growth model for any organisation they are employed with.
