| Important verdict by Hon. Supreme Court of India The Honourable Supreme Court of India, hearing the writ petition filed by group of PGDM institutions, has granted interim stay against the AICTE notification that was issued on December 28, 2010.Hence any of the entrance tests of CAT, MAT, XAT can be considered by the Institutes for admissions to PGDM-AICTE. The B-schools shall also be authorized to conduct their own GD-PI for admissions to the PGDM program.
