- NIMCOM is a joint initiative of NOTRE and the Indian Institute of Education & Business Management (IIEBM) in the Western Indian Education hub of Pune.

Wi-Fi Campus
- The entire campus has wi-fi internet connectivity. Students are encouraged to maximize their learning and computer skills by flexible and free use of their computers / laptops for research, making notes, submissions and presentations.
Class Rooms
- Class rooms are well lit, airy and equipped with remote controlled LCD multi-media projector, Public Address System, collar and cordless microphones, computers and RFID system for identity cards. Soon a biometric attendance system will be in place.
Photography Lab and Editing Suite
- A fully equipped photography lab and post production digital editing suite, facilitates students in practical audio visual understanding, directs their creativity and trains them in the technical and creative usage of state of the art equipment and software.
Studio Facility
- While a full fledged in house studio is under execution, a state of the art studio facility is available for students
Auditorium
- We have a fully air conditioned auditorium which accommodates 300 students to conduct Guest Lectures, Seminars, Workshops, Screening of training Films with synchronised LCDs, sound system and internet.
Library
- There is well stocked library with an extensive collection of latest books on varied management subjects and over 40 national, international magazines and journals. LCD TV for news and stock market updates. Institutes on the campus have corporate membership of the British Council, USIS and Pune University libraries.
Activities Area
- Institute has specially designated Activities Area within the campus where students can have Wi-Fi access for completing assignments, internet search. TV sets have also been provided for viewing news and business related programs. Students committees and clubs, also use this area for their meetings on a regular basis.
Health and Medical Care
- The campus has an in-house Health Centre exclusive to staff and students. The centre arranges lectures and seminars on health, life style, yoga and meditation. A dedicated ambulance / van to ferry medical emergencies is available on campus, while a tie up with the prestigious Aditya Birla Memorial Multi specialty Hospital, provides both staff and students quality medical care at highly concessional rates, at individual cost.
Sports
- Facilities for Carrom, Table Tennis, Volley ball, Chess etc., are available on campus, while arrangements with external sources for other sports, is being processed. The sports committee encourages the students to actively participate in sports, develop a sporting spirit and stay fit and healthy. This committee, also actively designs and drives frequent outdoor training programs and picnics.
Gymnasium
- The campus has a state of the art gym with modern workout machines, and a qualified trainer. There are separate time slots for gents and ladies.
Uninterrupted Power Supply
- A dedicated HT power supply, generator backup and 10 KVA UPS, specially for the computer labs, have been installed.
Cafeteria
- The campus has a multi cuisine cafeteria with a juice bar. Nutritious and quality food - certified by qualified nutritionists- is available on a monthly basis. Our cafeteria offers a complete range of services, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our canteen / snack services are full fledged with FMCG products, confectionery items, assorted drinks, tea/coffee, fast food, mini meals, etc. It is compulsory for students to avail cafeteria facilities during classes, as students shall not be permitted to leave campus during breakfast and lunch breaks, on all working days. The food is regularly checked by qualified experts to conform with the toughest hygiene and nutrition standards.
Bursary
- A bursary with stationery, general stores and photocopying facility, is in house
Hostel Accommodation
- NIMCOM/IIEBM has fully furnished accommodation for 150 lady students within the campus, that is allotted on a first come first serve basis. Currently, 250 students avail hostel accommodation arranged by NIMCOM/ IIEBM. Furnished accommodation is available on cot sharing basis (2-4 per room) at the rate of Rs. 3,000/- per month, in the near proximity of the Institute (5 minutes walking distance). Hostel accommodation for the first year students is compulsory except for local students staying with their parents.
NRI accommodation
- A special facility for NRI and foreign students, is available with fully furnished rooms - 2 students/ room, with attached toilet/bath, broadband connection, TV lounge, washing machine and laundry facility, near the campus
Special features of the Hostel
- Well ventilated rooms, emote a pleasant feeling that enhance the mood for learning.
- Wi-Fi hostel with PC connection enables students to complete their tasks in time.
- Hostels are managed by resident male and female wardens respectively.
- 24 hours security, with military training, is provided for each hostel block.
- Solar water heating system in hostels.
- Electrical backup with a dedicated inverter.
- Reverse osmosis water purification system / Aqua guard for drinking water.
- Fixed timing and strict discipline for residents.
- Mini infirmary, with provisions of 24 hours van service, for taking students to hospital, in medical emergencies.
Life on Campus
- The NIMCOM campus adjoins the IBS campus, where over 300 young MBA aspirants study. Festivals, birthdays, sports and theatre competitions are ongoing.

Students are encouraged to undertake live industry projects, during the year, without affecting their academics - Placements
While NIMCOM is a new institute, it is supported by a Placement Cell from inception.
